Warm Welcome: Upon arrival, you will be greeted warmly by our team and guided to our comfortable viewing room, designed to provide a relaxing and intimate atmosphere for you and your loved ones. 2. Cinematic Presentation: The session begins with a cinematic movie of your photo shoot. Sit back and enjoy a beautifully edited movie showcasing the photos from your session, set to music. This immersive experience allows you to relive the emotions and special moments captured during your shoot. 3. Individual Image Review: Following the movie, we will go through each of your images one by one. This detailed review ensures that you can fully appreciate every shot, discussing the emotions captured in each photograph. 4. Package Selections: You will have the opportunity to select the images and products included in your package. Our team will be on hand to guide you through your options, ensuring you make the most of your chosen package. 5. Additional Selections: If there are images or products that you fall in love with that are not included in your package, you will have the opportunity to add them. Whether it’s additional prints, albums, or digital copies, we offer a variety of options to suit your needs and preferences. 6. Personalised Assistance: Our team is here to assist you every step of the way, providing expert advice and answering any questions you may have. We aim to make the process enjoyable and straightforward, ensuring you leave with the perfect selection of memories to cherish. 7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We appreciate your understanding that scheduling and preparing for a photoshoot requires time and effort. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, please take note of our cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation: We do not offer refunds for any reason at any time. Once a booking is made, the payment is non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled session, please notify us as soon as possible. While no refund will be provided, we appreciate early communication to make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date without incurring any additional fees. However, if you request to reschedule within 48 hours of the shoot date, a new booking fee must be paid to secure the new appointment. Exceptional Circumstances: In certain exceptional circumstances beyond your control (e.g., severe weather conditions, illness, etc.), we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date without charging a rescheduling fee. However, this is subject to our discretion. We strive to provide flexibility and accommodate our client's needs as much as possible.
