At Pod Vision, we specialize in pet photography, creating personalized photoshoots that showcase the unique personalities of your beloved pets. Our sessions can take place in our fully-equipped studio, your home, or your favorite outdoor location. During your pet photoshoot, we will work closely with you to understand your vision and preferences, capturing your pet's unique spirit and character. Whether you want to capture their playful side, their curious expressions, or their affectionate nature, we'll make sure to create photos that you'll cherish for years to come. Our pet photoshoots are designed to be fun and relaxed, creating a comfortable environment for your pet to be themselves. We'll incorporate games and treats to keep your pet engaged and happy throughout the session. All our photoshoot packages include a variety of images that capture the special moments of your family. Whether it's individual shots of your little ones, sibling shots, group family photos, or even photos of the parents together, we want to make sure that we capture everyone together. Olivia knows how to make your family feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, so we can capture those natural smiles and candid moments that you'll cherish forever. This package includes a one-hour photo shoot at our brand new, purpose-built studio located in Hastings. You can enjoy up to 3 outfit changes during your shoot, and we'll make sure to capture the best angles of you. Once your shoot is completed, we'll take care of the culling and editing process. You'll receive approximately 30-50 high-quality images that are sure to make you look and feel fantastic. As part of the package, we'll also create a personalised movie production using your images, which will be showcased during your 1-hour viewing appointment. During this appointment, you can select your favourite images, and you'll have the option to purchase extras such as additional prints, digital images, wall art, albums and packages. And that's not all! We also provide you with 3 FREE prints of your favourite image as part of the package.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We appreciate your understanding that scheduling and preparing for a photoshoot requires time and effort. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, please take note of our cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation: We do not offer refunds for any reason at any time. Once a booking is made, the payment is non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled session, please notify us as soon as possible. While no refund will be provided, we appreciate early communication to make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date without incurring any additional fees. However, if you request to reschedule within 48 hours of the shoot date, a new booking fee must be paid to secure the new appointment. Exceptional Circumstances: In certain exceptional circumstances beyond your control (e.g., severe weather conditions, illness, etc.), we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date without charging a rescheduling fee. However, this is subject to our discretion. We strive to provide flexibility and accommodate our client's needs as much as possible.
