Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We appreciate your understanding that scheduling and preparing for a photoshoot requires time and effort. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, please take note of our cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation: We do not offer refunds for any reason at any time. Once a booking is made, the payment is non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled session, please notify us as soon as possible. While no refund will be provided, we appreciate early communication to make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date without incurring any additional fees. However, if you request to reschedule within 48 hours of the shoot date, a new booking fee must be paid to secure the new appointment. Exceptional Circumstances: In certain exceptional circumstances beyond your control (e.g., severe weather conditions, illness, etc.), we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date without charging a rescheduling fee. However, this is subject to our discretion. We strive to provide flexibility and accommodate our client's needs as much as possible.
